Baguio

Baguio is the summer capital of the Philippines. People flee the hot cities and head for the mountains. Unfortunately it's winter and we came to this country to be warm. It is beautiful though and feels like home with its pine trees and cold nights.

On the way back to our hotel we stopped in front of a restaurant to take a few photos. A woman from the restaurant called us in to eat. We sat down and ordered. They didn't have either item we wanted. I turned the menu over to the drinks. "I'll have a San Miguel please." The woman said "we don't have beer." Another woman there said "this is a Christian restaurant. We don't serve alcohol." Then why is it on your menu along with Jack Daniels?! We just laughed and walked out.
